Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to MOCHA: Multidisciplinary Open Contributions in Human Advancement are subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each submission is evaluated by a minimum of two independent reviewers who possess relevant expertise in the subject area of the manuscript. Reviewers are selected based on their academic qualifications and experience across a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to science and technology, education, health, medicine, social sciences, economics, arts and humanities, engineering, environmental studies, and public policy.
The double-blind review system ensures that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process, thereby maintaining objectivity, transparency, and the integrity of the scholarly assessment. Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
The final decision on each manuscript, whether accepted, revised, or rejected, is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers’ recommendations and subsequent deliberation during the editorial board meeting.
