General Principles
MOCHA: Multidisciplinary Open Contributions in Human Advancement is a nationally recognized, peer-reviewed academic journal operating under an open-access policy. Published by the Ahmad Mansyur Nasirah Foundation, this journal serves as a vital platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate scholarly works. These include original research articles, comprehensive literature reviews, detailed case studies, and insightful conceptual papers across diverse fields of study.
MOCHA uniquely emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration and cross-disciplinary integration, crucial for examining contemporary issues that advance science, technology, and human progress. Its broad scope encompasses disciplines such as science and technology, education, health, medicine, social sciences, economics, arts and humanities, engineering, environment, and public policy.
Committed to an open and inclusive approach, MOCHA fosters the exchange of ideas and research findings from various communities. Through this platform, the journal strives to promote the widespread dissemination of knowledge that offers significant impact and practical applications across social, academic, and professional contexts. MOCHA is published biannually, in January and July.
A fundamental requirement for submission to MOCHA is that each article must be an original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted for consideration to any other academic journal. All manuscripts submitted must be written in Indonesian and/or English. The Editorial Board reserves the right to meticulously edit all articles for optimal style, format, and clarity. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in these aspects. Manuscripts containing numerous errors in any regard may be returned to the authors for revision or, if severe, may be rejected. All submitted manuscripts will undergo rigorous peer review and editorial evaluation.
Researchers are encouraged to utilize plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin, to verify the originality of their work prior to submission. While not a mandatory submission requirement, this screening tool can significantly assist authors in preventing plagiarism. Ultimate responsibility for the originality of the submitted manuscript rests solely with the authors.
