Program Fisioterapi Pada Atlet Sepak Bola Pasca Recontruction Anterior Talo-Fibular Ligament: Case Report

Anterior Talo-Fibular Ligament (ATFL) adalah salah satu cedera muskuloskeletal yang paling umum terjadi di seluruh dunia, kebanyakan cedera ligamen pergelangan kaki terjadi sebagai akibat dari inversi selama fleksi plantar. Program fisioterapi diberikan pada minggu pertama sampai minggu ketiga yang meliputi pemberian cryotherapy, TENS, strengthening exercise dan propioception training pada pasien pasca rekontruksi anterior talo-fibular ligament. Metode: studi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian single subject research berbentuk penelitian berupa case report dengan subjek pemain sepak bola dengan kondisi pasca operasi ligamen talo-fibular anterior yang dilakukan pada bulan januari 2023 dan dilaksanakan di klinik Bintang Physio Bandung. Hasil: Terdapat penurunan nyeri gerak, nyeri diam, dan nyeri tekan serta terdapat peningkatan massa otot pada tungkai atas dan tungkai bawah yang diukur menggunakan meter line setelah dilakukannya program fisioterapi. Tujuan; untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan otot selama dilakukan intervensi fisioterapi selama tiga minggu. Kesimpulan: Program fisioterapi yang dilakukan seperti pemberian TENS dan cryotherapy (ice) dapat mengurangi nyeri dan fisiologis otot, strengthening exercise dapat menambah massa otot, terutama pada quadricep, hamstring, dan calf muscle sehingga diharapkan dapat mengembalikan aktifitas fungsional pasien sehari-hari sebagai atlet sepak bola.
