Intervensi Fisioterapi (Ice Compress, Tens, Dan Latihan Penguatan) Pada Seorang Atlet Sepakbola Dengan Pes Anserinus Bursitis: Case Report

Pes Anserine Bursitis merupakan kondisi dimana terjadinya inflamasi pada bursa dari gabungan ujung otot dari sartorius, gracilis dan semitendinosus sehingga menyebabkan timbulnya rasa nyeri pada gerakan tertentu dan nyeri tekan disertai oedema pada masa akut di area pes anserine. Dasar-dasar rekomendasi terapi awal untuk pes anserine bursitis, seperti istirahat, kompres es, penurunan berat badan dan penguatan otot kelompok quadriceps dapat membantu perubahan gejala jangka panjang. Intervensi yang diberikan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Pada studi ini bertujuan mengetahui intervensi fisioterapi (ice compress, tens, dan latihan penguatan) pada seorang atlet sepakbola dengan Pes Anserinus Bursitis. Metode: Studi dalam penelitian menggunakan Case Report yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022 dan dilaksanakan di Lahan Praktik Bintang Physio Bandung, Kota Bandung. Hasil: Terdapat penuruan nyeri dari 5 menjadi 1 dan peningkatan massa otot pada 3 titik ukur setelah dilakukan intervensi fisioterapi. Kesimpulan: Intervensi fisioterapi seperti Ice Compress, TENS dapat mengurangi nyeri serta Latihan Strengthening pada otot quadriceps dan hamstring dapat meningkatkan masa otot sehingga dapat mengembalikan kemampuan fungsional atlet dengan gangguan pes anserinus bursitis dalam waktu 4 minggu menjalani proses fisioterapi.
