OFFICIAL NOTICE TO ALL AUTHORS

2026-10-13

MEDICA (International Medical Scientific Journal)

Dear Authors,

The Editorial Team of MEDICA (International Medical Scientific Journal) hereby informs all authors that MEDICA does not issue a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) at the initial stage of manuscript submission. An LoA will only be issued after a manuscript has completed the required editorial assessment and peer-review process and has been officially accepted for publication by the Editorial Team.

In this regard, if any individual promises, offers, or claims to be able to issue an LoA on behalf of MEDICA before an official acceptance decision has been made, we hereby emphasize that such actions do not represent the official policies or actions of the MEDICA Editorial Team and are not authorized by the journal.

All editorial processes, including manuscript evaluation, peer review, acceptance decisions, and the issuance of LoAs, are conducted in accordance with the journal’s official policies and procedures. Therefore, all authors are strongly advised to exercise caution regarding any promises of an LoA before their manuscripts have been officially accepted. Authors who encounter suspicious offers or claims are encouraged to verify the information through MEDICA’s official communication channels.

This notice is issued to maintain transparency, protect authors from unauthorized claims, and uphold the integrity and credibility of the scholarly publication process at MEDICA (International Medical Scientific Journal).

Thank you for your attention, cooperation, and continued trust in MEDICA.

Sincerely,

The Editorial Team
MEDICA (International Medical Scientific Journal)
