Peningkatan Deteksi Dini Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Kardiovaskular melalui Skrining dan Edukasi Wanita di Kelurahan Lambara

Wanita di Kelurahan Lambara masih menghadapi rendahnya kesadaran dan keterbatasan akses terhadap deteksi dini masalah kesehatan reproduksi dan kardiovaskular. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran wanita mengenai deteksi dini serta penatalaksanaan sederhana masalah kesehatan reproduksi dan kardiovaskular. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan 24 Januari dan 15 Februari 2026 dengan melibatkan 25 wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Lambara, Kecamatan Tawaeli, Kota Palu. Metode kegiatan meliputi skrining kesehatan, wawancara terstruktur, edukasi kesehatan, pre-test dan post-test, serta konseling individual. Pemeriksaan meliputi tekanan darah, kolesterol, hemoglobin, dan gula darah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan peserta dari 58,4 menjadi 84,6 setelah edukasi, dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 44,8%. Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa 52% peserta mengalami pra-hipertensi, 20% kolesterol borderline, 44% anemia, dan 24% prediabetes. Hanya 24% peserta yang pernah melakukan tes IVA. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku pencegahan masalah kesehatan reproduksi dan penyakit kardiovaskular pada wanita.
