Analisis Beban Kerja Dengan Metode Work Sampling Tenaga Farmasi di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan Tahun 2022

Peningkatan beban kerja tenaga kesehatan di instalasi farmasi berimplikasi pada output kinerja yang kurang baik dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pemberian obat dan kesalahan peresepan obat. Perhitungan beban kerja menjadi penting dilakukan agar dapat merencanakan kebutuhan SDM yang sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaan dan keahlian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis beban kerja tenaga farmasi di Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Beban kerja subyektif diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan beban kerja obyektif mengunakan metode work sampling. Sampel pada studi ini adalah seluruh tenaga yang bekerja di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang (total sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja subyektif tertinggi berada di kategori sedang (53,3%). Didapatkan distribusi kegiatan produktif langsung (51,75%), produktif tidak langsung (15,40%), kegiatan non produktif (21,60%), dan kegiatan pribadi (11,25%). Beban kerja objektif tenaga farmasi berada pada kategori sedang (67,15%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja subjektif dan beban kerja objektif tenaga farmasi berada pada kategori sedang. Disarankan pada pihak manajemen untuk menghitung kebutuhan SDM, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan, dan memberikan dukungan psikologi pada tenaga farmasi.
